Activision Blizzard in a lawsuit with Axl Rose

The lead singer from Guns N' Roses is suing Activision Blizzard for $20 million after the company's use of their song, "Welcome to the Jungle" in "Guitar Hero III."
He is complaining because the company "fraudulently included" him that they could use the song.
